Welcome to Johnny Dank Threads! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of products from us.  By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to follow these Terms.  If you don't agree, you shouldn't use our site.

1.  Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made-to-order just for you.

Because of this:

  • Orders go into production shortly after being placed and cannot be changed or canceled once processed.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects (see our Return Policy).​

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that's damaged or defective, email us at johnnydankmemeco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll offer you a free replacement or refund.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to get you your threads to you ASAP.  Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but they are not guaranteed.  Delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control (ex. weather, holidays, strikes, or alien invasions) are not our responsibility. 

4. Product Images and Descriptions

We try to accurately represent all products, but due to differences in screens and printing methods, colors may vary slightly.  What you see online is a close, dank approximation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including logos, product names, artwork, memes, and designs - is the properly of Johnny Dank Meme Company LLC and protected by copyright laws.  Don't use or reproduce our content without written permission.  No dank theft allowed.

If you believe we are in conflict with your intellectual property, please email us an inquiry to johnnydankmemeco@gmail.com so that we can resolve the potential issue immediately. 

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD an may change without notice.  We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.  You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

7. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages that result from using our site or products.  Basically, if your cousin Chad roasts you because he's jealous of your dank shirt - that's on Chad.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.  Check out our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your info.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
